What has changed about Confections Cupcakery?
As of January 4th, 2017 we have decided to become a primarily online cupcakery. We are now operating as a certified home-based bakery fulfilling your same orders.
How do I place an order?
Please navigate to the order button on our website's menu bar and you will be taken to our online store. Here you can select as many cupcakes as you would like to order. Any questions please email us at email@example.com
How does delivery work?
- Once you finish selecting your items for your order, you will then have to select a delivery time that works for you within a 24 period. Monday - Friday our delivery hours are 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm. Closed on Sunday's
Next, you will give the location you want us to deliver to. Currently we are offering free delivery within 10 miles of our old location on Hoadly Road in Prince William County. Delivery outside of the 10 mile radius will have a delivery charge.
There will be a 1 hour window for all deliveries based on the time you have selected that we will select so we are not overbooked for the same delivery times. You will see your final delivery time when we email you your final confirmation/invoice.
You are NOT required to pay at the time you place your order. We like to make sure we don't have any questions for you before we finalize or follow up to any questions you may have regarding your order.
Why didn't I have to pay for my order while placing it? Did my order go through?
Don't worry, we recieved your order! We process our payments through an external payment processor company called Square. You will receive two emails from us, one is for your confirmation and one is to pay for your invoice online.
What should I do with my value card/gift card I received from your storefront? Do you still accept them?
We still accept our printed value cards and gift cards! For any questions please email the owner at firstname.lastname@example.org on how to redeem them.
I need cupcakes for same-day delivery. What should I do?
For same-day delivery please contact us before 10am. The fastest response would be to email us at email@example.com or to send us a message through our Facebook or Instagram page. Our contact phone number is 571-402-7601
I previously placed a large order with you before your storefront closed. Will that still be fulfilled?
Of course! We still are carrying on with business and will continue to fill orders placed before our storefront closed. To make any changes to to inquire about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I would like to place a large order with you for an event. Am I supposed to order through your online menu?
If you find that all of the flavors you would like at your event are stocked within our online store, please feel free to order through there.

I would like to order a weekly special flavor but it says unavailable. Why is that?
Our special weekly flavors are only available on a weekly basis. We have over 75 different flavors that we rotate throughout the year each week.
Is delivery the only way to receive my cupcakes? I want to pick them up.
We apologize, but currently we do not have any way for customers to pick up their orders.
